Use-Cases & Success Criteria

Work out how you intend to first use selfdriven within your learning community.
Some common use-cases are:
  • Run learning (PBL) projects
  • Capture learning activity, reflections
  • Run periodic learner and learning-partner check-ins
  • Capture experience data from other learning-partners

Work out what your success criteria is.
Some common measures are:
  • Particpant skills gained by capacity.
  • Feedback responses from participants during the pilot.
  • End of pilot survey, with scoring to to determine outcome based on success-criteria.

Running the Pilot

Set up your learning community using the Learning Partner Getting Started Guide.

Once the selfdriven team have set up you up as a learning partner;
Send the name and email of participants to team@selfdriven.foundation.
The selfdriven team will then set them up for you and discuss any other set up considerations.

Once your users have been set up, send them their logon details,

Capture feedback and send to the selfdriven team using the feedback form below.

Run review sessions using the improvement cycle as a guide.

Reviewing the Pilot

Survey participants

Check results against success measures

Assign skills gained based on the learning projects completed as part of the pilot.
In collaboration with the selfdriven Team assign selfdriven Pilot Participation skills, with skill capacity based on pilot engagement.

Email participants that they can download their "selfdriven Pilot Participation" achievement.
This achievement will automatically be added to their profile.

Propose next steps with your learning community.
